Briefly Visual Identity
Briefly is a new digital first, DIY marketing initiative. They specialize in giving insights in an instant for everyday folks looking to for inexpensive marketing solutions. Briefly refers to the time it takes to learn how to complete and initiate steps in marketing your small business. It also refers to stacks or micro briefs that users can download for anything from logo design to social media strategy.
I first focused on their core identity. The logo needed to read legibly while also feeling timeless, immediately recognizable and give insight.
Next they needed a representation of the dissemination of information across the digital channel.
And since their information would be presented in deck format, they needed baseline format and layout design which further incorporated the identity.
Since much of their business would be featured through social channels, they needed design formatting for content and even social post advertising suggestions. Their goal was to speak to people in clear language and make posts relatable to small business owners looking for financially feasible marketing solutions.
